Toy & Collectibles Dealers
Vintage and modern action figures, LEGO, die-cast, statues, and pop-culture collectibles — a core part of Dominion since the first show.
Booth type: Dealer booth
Artist Alley
Independent artists, illustrators, comic creators, and makers selling their own original work, prints, books, and commissions.
Booth type: Artist Alley
Trading Cards & Gaming
Pokémon, sports cards, trading card games, and retro video games, consoles, and accessories.
Booth type: Dealer booth
Cosplay & Specialty Vendors
Cosplay creators selling their own artwork, props, or original costume pieces may qualify for Artist Alley. Costume, accessory, and specialty pop-culture retailers apply for a dealer booth.

The process
How to Become an Exhibitor
Every exhibitor — dealers and Artist Alley alike — applies, gets approved, and then purchases booth space through Leap Conventions Portal.

Submit Your Application
Tell us about your business, artwork, or merchandise through our exhibitor application, managed by Leap Conventions Portal.

Application Review
Our team reviews each application and determines which booth types and quantities are available to each approved exhibitor.

Watch for Your Approval Email
If approved, you'll receive an email from Leap Conventions containing your unique booth purchase link.

Complete Your Booth Purchase
Use the unique link in your approval email to purchase your authorized booth space through Leap Conventions Portal, subject to availability.
Your booth is not reserved until your purchase is completed. Submitting an application or receiving approval does not hold booth space.

Displayed pricing does not guarantee approval, availability, or eligibility to purchase a particular booth type. Organizers determine which booth types and quantities each approved exhibitor may purchase, and all purchases are subject to availability.
